Italian Regions to Raise Taxes to Pay for Health-Care Deficits

May 13 (Bloomberg) -- Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi s government told four regional leaders to raise local taxes to pay for their nearly 4 billion euros ($5 billion) in health-care overruns, two officials who attended a Cabinet meeting said.
